Her vision is to provide an exceptional service that encompasses both physical and mental health needs to achieve a truly holistic approach to care.

Senior Care Supervisor and Social Media Lead

Rachel joined us in March 2022 and has progressed from starting as a care team member to now leading the team in a supervisory role. Rachel assists with Mentoring the team and ensuring we maintain the safety of the service with audits, spot checks and quality assurance visits. She also manages our social media pages on Instagram and facebook, keeping everyone updated on all company news!

Senior Care Supervisor

Lindsey has been part of the Unique team for over a year, during which she has progressed and broadened her expertise, and has recently been promoted to Senior Care Supervisor! She is kind and caring, and always goes above and beyond to bring a smile to our clients faces.

Care Team Member

Jess has been on the team for over a year and has built up some lovely relationship's with her regular clients. She is currently extending her knowledge with a course in Mental Health!

Registered Manager

Kelly has extensive experience in the Teaching and Education Sector, joining Unique over a year ago following a career change. Kelly brings with her a wealth of transferable experience and is responsible for the day to day running of the business. She ensures that our high standards of care are maintained throughout the service and that we not only meet, but exceed, our regulatory requirements.

Care Co-ordinator

Natasha started her journey with Unique in March 2022. As Care Coordinator she assists with all aspects of the day to day running of the company, managing the team under the supervision of the Registered Manager, and is completing her Level 3 in Health and Social Care to further develop her expertise and knowledge.

Liz recently joined the team and has quickly built some really strong bonds with her clients. As a full time working mum she loves the flexibility of the working hours and is a bright and bubbly personality amongst the team!

Recruitment and Training Lead

Jodie is dedicating to finding only the right people to join our amazing care team, who share our values of providing a holistic model of care that goes above and beyond, whilst striving to make a difference each and every day. She ensures that all our team receive the highest standard of training to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Care Team Member and On Call Team

Lisa joined our care team in 2021 as a Care Team Member. She has a positive can do attitude and has developed her skills and knowledge over the last few years, now being an integral part of our On Call team supporting the care team and clients out of hours.
