Rachel joined us in March 2022 and has progressed from starting as a care team member to now leading the team in a supervisory role. Rachel assists with Mentoring the team and ensuring we maintain the safety of the service with audits, spot checks and quality assurance visits.

Lindsey has been part of the Unique team for over a year, during which she has progressed and broadened her expertise by being a part of our out of hours On Call team. She is kind and caring, and always goes above and beyond to bring a smile to our clients faces.

Kelly has extensive experience in the Teaching and Education Sector, joining Unique over a year ago following a career change. Kelly brings with her a wealth of transferable experience and is responsible for the day to day running of the business. She ensures that our high standards of care are maintained throughout the service and that we not only meet, but exceed, our regulatory requirements.

Natasha started her journey with Unique in March 2022. As Senior Care Supervisor she assists with all aspects of the day to day running of the company and is completing her Level 3 in Health and Social Care to further develop her expertise and knowledge.

Jasmine has been part of the team for a year. She moved up to Lincoln from Hertfordshire and has a lovely, warm personality that brightens up our clients days!

She ensures that all our team receive the highest standard of training to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Lisa joined our care team in 2021 as a Care Team Member. She has a positive can do attitude and has developed her skills and knowledge over the last few years, now being an integral part of our On Call team supporting the care team and clients out of hours.

Abbie is a student at University doing a course in children's nursing and joined us in a flexible role to work around her studies. She is an animal lover and has two rabbits who she's trained to do tricks!
